How to Install Farming Simulator 2017 Mods
Installing mods/add-ons for Farming Simulator 2017 usually requires copying over the zip archive to a specific directory unless the mod has a exe installer provided which in that case you can just run the installer after you have extracted it from the zip archive.
If the mod comes in anything other then a zip or exe file such as a rar archive then the contents will have to be extracted before they can be copied over to the mods directory.
Depending on which operating system you are using the path to your mods directory will be something like the following.
Windows Systems
C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2017\mods
Mac OSX
/Library/Application Support/FarmingSimulator17/mods
or
~/Library/Containers/com.focus-home.farmingsim17/Data/Library/Application Support/FarmingSimulator17/mods
Once you determine where the mods folder is located you usually can just copy the mod over to this directory.
